I agree. I was at the Plano Asian Festival last weekend, and eavesdropped on a city hall candidate really giving the Plano City Council hell for working behind the scenes to influence McKinney officials to support the ACC.&lt;br /&gt;

He made it all sound like a most nefarious conspiracy.&lt;br /&gt;
