This quote from John Roach makes me think that he feels his indictment is likely and soon.
I also can't help but wonder who presented the case for the pro tem? It wasn't the judge and I don't think it is the attorney general. Was it the FBI?

Intra-party animus is fueling all of this back and forth between Papa Roach and Wooten's lawyer. Wooten does not deserve all the hell that Papa Roach is giving her. She challenged an incumbent Republican (Sandoval) and won. Good for her. No need for all the sour grapes and ethical allegations. Please, give it up, Papa Roach. You're doing harm, not good.
