Kathy Fang enters race for Plano City Council

Cathy established her CPA Firm in Richardson, Texas from 1990 to 2004, and then purchased an office condo in 2004 in Plano. She relocated her practice to Plano, and has a very successful practice.

One of her many talents is writing, Cathy wrote and published her first book Title Green Grass in 2007. The book is about life in Taiwan and United States. She has been writing columns about social and economic issues for the past 20 years.

Her columns have been featured in the Dallas Chinese Times and now in the Dallas Chinese News.

I just saw her commercial on CNN (Time Warner cable) and I could barely understand her. Is she going to represent Plano or the Asian interest in Plano. I do want to learn more about her.

Kathy is an example of all the best that the US has to offer to those of talent and conviction, and willingness to contribute to the overall good of our city. She has my vote.

The Collin County Observer

It is my hope that this forum will serve as an acute observer of Collin County government, leading to the return of the county to those it is supposed to serve.

I will post my opinions, fair analysis, news clippings that are relevant to local issues, and your comments.
