I am please as punch to see the Democratic turnout!!! Way to go, Democrats! As some of you may know, I endorsed Suzanne Wooten for the 380th district court race (which she won), and in order to support my endorsement I had to vote in the Republican primary. DON'T FRET FELLOW DEMOCRATS: I will be filing an affidavit of party affiliation with the Collin County elections department to make sure that I am a registered Democrat for the next two years.

Please know that I am a Democrat, and that I only voted in the GOP primary so I could oust a tyrannical Republican judge.

Looks like Sandoval will have to find a new job. I am wondering what his behavior in the court room will be now that he has gotten the boot. I am guessing he will remain on the bench until January 2009. Does anyone know for certain his last day on our payroll?

Sandoval may not finish his term. He is just too controversial.
